Superb anatase crystals partially pseudomorphed by rutile from Anatase-rutile occurrence, Cuiaba, Minas Gerais, Brazil. It features two sharp anatase crystals to 17mm with a pointy pyramidal habit. They are brown-yellow to black with a good luster. Some areas are gemmy. On the back side the crystals are partially pseudomorphed by rutile. Is very interesting to observe this phenomenon. In very good condition – some minor nicks. On acrylic base.
