A beautiful specimen of colorless and transparent hemimorphite crystals growing on both sides of a thin crust base from the famous Potosi Mine, Santa Eulalia District, Chihuahua, Mexico. The hemimorphite spear-like blades grow in radial sprays. They are delicate well shaped and pearly lustrous. They sparkle strongly. Yellow-orange bowties grow above – probably adamite or legrandite. It displays attractively from all sides. In excellent condition – some small contacts.
