A cool specimen of rich blue veszelyite crystals from Laochang ore field (Laochang Mine), Yunnan, China. Veszelyite is a rare phosphate, only found in a few places worldwide. The crystals are very well shaped and sharp. They form radial sprays. They have a saturated royal-blue color with sparkling luster. On the base is seen sea-blue hemimorphite which gives a strong contrast. In good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base.
