A fine specimen of sphalerite with chalcopyrite and galena from the famous Madan ore field, Bulgaria. It displays lustrous, rich golden-yellow chalcopyrite core. It is strongly iridescent in purple. Black sphalerite crystal with complex morphology embeds chalcopyrite. It is strongly lustrous with coo striations. Some galena is seen too. It shows aesthetically from all sides. In very good condition – some small nicks.
