A cool specimen of small dioptase crystals decorating colorless calcite from this famous locality – Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The dioptase crystals are small but sparkling with a bright turquoise-blue color. The sharp rhombohedral calcite crystals are colorless, translucent and lustrous. The turquoise-blue adds a striking contrast to the otherwise clear calcite crystals, making the specimen visually appealing and interesting. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
