A marvelous specimen of gem garnet var. grossular var. chromian from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. They have a rich grass-green color due to chromium. The garnets are with sharp rhombic dodecahedral crystallization, glassy luster and irresistible color. Some micro inclusions of black chromite are seen inside. It displays attractively on both sides.
