A killer unique crystal of gem hessonite garnet from Laietto, Piedmont, Italy. It comes from the collection of Christophe Dubois, France with a label. The hessonite crystal of 17mm has a rich and saturated orange-brown-red color. It has a sharp crystallization with a strong, glassy luster and nicely reflects the light. The morphology is one of a kind with elongated growth. It is doubly terminated. Diopside is seen too. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
