A killer small specimen of acanthite and polybasite from San Jose Mine, Oaxaca, Mexico. It displays attractive and well shaped crystals of acanthite with some skeletal features. They are yellow colored due to pyrite or chalcopyrite coating. Above grow polybasite plates. The dark metallic crystals are lustrous and strongly reflect the light. It displays beautifully all over 360 degree. In excellent condition - some minor nicks. On acrylic base.
