An offbeat specimen of garnet var. andradite crystals from Serifos Island, Greece. It displays rhombic dodecahedral andradite crystals to 10mm. They have a pleasant brown color at the center and dark brown corners which outline very nicely each crystal. The andradites are very well crystallized, with sharp edges and a good luster. In excellent condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
