A fine quality crystal of transparent, hexagonal catapleiite from the famous Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. It displays one crystal of 13mm. It is water clear, with a strong light reflection and sharp shape. It has small inclusions of black aegirine. For references see the 1990 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 21, # 4.
