A cool specimen of rhodochrosite from the famous locality of Mont Saint-Hilaire, Canada. It displays sharp rhombohedral rhodochrosite crystals with a pleasing salmon-pink color. They show medium luster and some translucence. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. For references see the 1990 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 21, # 4.
