A cool specimen of glassy wardite crystals from Rapid Creek - the famous phosphate deposits of Yukon, Canada. The crystals to 8mm are sharp, glassy lustrous, very well formed with a sharp octahedral habit. They are almost colorless and gemmy. For references see the 1992 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 23, # 4. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
Splendid!
