A marvelous and rare combo specimen of epididymite with serandite from the famous Poudrette quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. The white hexagonal crystals of epididymite are very well shaped and sharp. They have a porcelain white color. Serandite cubic crystals with a classic salmon-pink color and good luster give a good contrast. For references see the 1990 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 21, # 4. In very good condition – some small contacts. On acrylic base.
Fabulous!
