A cool and unusual specimen of aegirine crystals with pink albite from the famous Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. The aegirine blades are sharp and very well pointy terminated. They are black and lustrous. They grow among an uncommon pink albite cluster. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. For references see the 1990 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 21, # 4. In very good condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
Marvelous!
