An outstanding specimen of pristine, gemmy anglesite crystals from the famous Touissit, Morocco. It comes from the collection Marco Sacchi collection, Italy - no label. The mine produced some of the finest anglesite specimens in the world and this is a top piece. It displays prismatic crystals measuring to 25mm. They are gemmy and glassy, with cool striations. The terminations are perfect and razor sharp. Some crystals are doubly terminated. The color varies from yellow to colorless. The faces are highly lustrous and light reflective. The specimen has a very aesthetic and beautiful display with a superb finish of the two main crystals at the top. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 6.
