A marvelous and rare specimen of mushroom-like tourmaline var. rubellite from one of the most unusual tourmaline finds of all time in Momeik Township, Myanmar. It displays a trigonal rubellite cap with a light raspberry color. It is waxy lustrous. The stem core is black tourmaline var. schorl. It is complete all over and very well shaped. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
