A beautiful specimen of wolframite group crystal and quartz from the famous Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan Province, China. Wolframite has a chemical composition between hubnerite and ferberite. The crystal is a sharp and lustrous blade with a black color. It grows on transparent and water clear quartz crystals. The quartz crystals are sharp, well shaped and glassy lustrous. The contrast is strong. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. Repaired, but the repair is clean and the price is reduced. On acrylic base.
