A fantastic specimen of quartz var. amethyst with hematite inclusions from the famous Thunder Bay District, Ontario, Canada. The amethyst crystals are perfect and razor sharp. They are transparent and clear with a purple color. Gorgeous small spherical hematite inclusions with a saturated red and black color grow densely inside. The luster is very strong and glassy. In good condition – some minor nicks and outside edge damages.
