A fine specimen of K feldspar var. adularia crystals decorated with byssolite hairs from this classic Switzerland locality - Giuv Valley. Very delicate clusters of dense, fibrous, hair like byssolite needles grow on the base. The byssolite has a green color and it is sparkling. White K feldspar var. adularia crystals are sharply crystallized and lustrous. In excellent condition.
