A superb and rare specimen of goethite pseudomorph after siderite decorating tourmaline var. schorl from Erongo Mountain, Namibia. It displays a yellow-brown goethite completely replacing the primary siderite crystals with a discus shape. Black schorl crystal forms the base. It is sharp and well formed. The contrast is very strong. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. In excellent condition – one back side base part contact. On acrylic base.
