Outstanding specimen of gem Tourmaline var. Elbaite crystals decorating a beautiful Quartz cluster from the famous Pederneira mine, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Elbaite crystals to 34mm are transparent and gem. They have an elegant elongated prismatic shape and an excellent glassy luster. The color is rich green to very dark green (almost black) at the caps. They grow over sculptural V shaped cluster of Quartz. The Quartz crystals are razor sharp, water clear and transparent.
