Sculptural specimen of Quartz with Amphibole Group var. Byssolite inclusions from this uncommon locality - Zeballos, British Columbia, Canada. The Quartz crystals have razor sharp elongated habit. They grow in a three dimensional cluster. They are transparent and colorless at the tips. Rich tan to green phantoms caused by Byssolite inclusions are seen at the base part. The tan color is due to oxidized Byssolite. The luster is very strong at the tips, to more matt on the striated faces. Some small nicks and contacts at the base part. On acrylic base.
