Superb combo specimen of Coquimbite, Krausite, Romerite and Halotrichite from an amazing find in Monte Arsiccio Mine, Tuscany, Italy. The piece comes from the unique find of “Great Sulphates Geode” in December 2018 and not offered on the market till now. It displays an attractive cluster of colorful Coquimbite growing on Krausite. The Coquimbite has rich purple color. It is translucent with good luster. The tobacco colored crystals of Krausite are lustrous and sparkling. Brown-red Romerite crystals and hairy white Halotrichite needles grow at the top. It displays aesthetically all over 360 degree. In order to preserve the specimen for a long time it must be stored in a box, isolated from the humidity changes. In very good condition – some small contacts.
Fabulous!
