Fascinating specimen of gem Spessartine Garnet crystals up to 3mm densely covering a white base from Tongbei, Fujian Province, China. The Spessartines are well shaped, transparent and gem with rich orange color. The luster is very strong and the crystals just glow. They have sharp trapezohedral habit. The white base gives a strong contrast. In superb condition. On acrylic base.
