Splendid bright orange colored Grossular Garnets attractively decorated by green Clinochlore from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. This is quite uncommon specimen for Jeffrey mine. The Grossular crystals are up to 2mm, transparent, gem quality with superb luster and pleasing color. Perfect rhombic dodecahedral crystal habit with rhomboid shape faces. The Clinochlore crystals are well developed in rosette clusters with dark green color. Displays on both sides. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some side contacts. On acrylic base.
