From a hot new find (2014) comes this specimen of Apophyllite displaying so called disco balls. This specimen is not from 2013 find in Well No. 3, but from another well in the same region. The piece presents striking, lustrous, gem green to colorless Apophyllite-(kf) in spherical shaped spray of cubically-tipped crystals. The base is formed by lovely colorless and lustrous Stilbite crystals that strongly outline the green ball above. The quality of the Apophyllite-(kf) is tremendous - transparent, limpid, perfect sharp shape and water clear. Nice unusual accent is one spray of white Mordenite. With such a fine characteristics the overall aesthetics of the piece are nothing short of great. In superb condition.
Exceptional!
