Gem Rhodochrosite specimen from Uchucchacua mine, which has produced some of the finest Rhodochrosites. Rhodochrosite crystals to 11 mm, with red color and scalenhedron shape, are aesthetically set on black Manganese oxide. Rhodochrosite crystals sharp with perfect terminations. The red Rhodochrosite strongly contrasts on the black background. Some colorless Quartzes enrich the display. In excellent condition – some contacts on the outside edges.
