Superb Vesuvianite specimen with crystals sticking out all over. The perfectly pointy terminated crystals are translucent to transparent and gem. They have marvelous color variation from pleasing intense orange- honey to raspberry-red, which is absolutely gorgeous. The luster, the colors and the quality are exceptional. That is among the best and more intense colors that the mine produced. Displays well from many sides. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.
