Very uncommon and rare specimen of white opaque grossular garnet crystals to 3mm from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are completely opaque and porcelain. They are with a good luster and a sharp rhombic decahedral habit. Small pinkish, frosty garnets are seen too. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some side contacts. On acrylic base.
