Fine gem vesuvianite crystals from Bellecombe, Aosta Valley, Italy. The main 10mm crystal  displays a vibrant olive-green color with excellent transparency, allowing light to play through its internal features.  It is highly lustrous and well-formed prismatic crystal. It is doubly terminated and forms an aesthetic focal point. The base of smaller vesuvianite crystals, forming a cluster of prismatic shapes in darker tones. This creates a harmonious aesthetic balance between the central crystal and its supporting matrix. In very good condition - some small nicks. On acrylic base.
