A cool specimen of quartz var. amethyst spheres growing in a cluster from Mamuju Regency, Indonesia. This is so called grape agate. Very attractive arrangement of amethyst spheres which sparkle strongly. The color is lavender to blue-green. It displays aesthetically all over 360 degree. It is very fresh.
