An outstanding specimen of gemmy, purple creedite crystals from the famous find in Santa Eulalia District, Chihuahua, Mexico. Purple creedite is much rarer. Creedite forms an attractive cluster of fine crystals. They have a marvelous purple color. The faces have a strong glassy luster. The crystals have a sharp crystallization. They are transparent and gemmy. It has a beautiful display. For references see the 2018 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 49, # 1. In excellent condition – some small outside edge.
Stunning!
