A marvelous specimen of gemmy brown-red crystals of sphalerite with galena and quartz from Kangjiawan Pb-Zn-Ag-Au deposit, Hunan, China. The sphalerite is translucent to gemmy, with a matt luster and a rich color. It is well crystallized in a cluster. Sharp cuboctahedral galena crystals with a matt luster are seen too. The matrix is covered with small sparkling quartz crystals with a reddish color due to inclusions. In very good condition – some small nicks and outside edge contacts.
