A colorful specimen of iridescent goethite coating over quartz crystals from San Valentin Mine, La Union, Spain. The quartz crystals form a druse. They are sharp, chunky and well shaped. The goethite completely covers them. It is has glittering purple, blue, green, orange and yellow variations which gives superb rainbow coloration. The colors are fresh and strong with very electric nuances. In very good condition – some outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
