A fantastic specimen of richly purple colored and gemmy adamite var. manganoan adamite from the famous Ojuela Mine, Mexico. The adamite crystals are with a sharp elongated orthorhombic blade shape. They are from apple-green to rich purple at the caps. The faces have a strong luster and nice gemminess. In very good condition – some small outside edge contacts. On acrylic base.
