A magnificent specimen of garnet var. andradite var. demantoid crystals. It shows demantoid crystals to 12mm sitting beautifully on a small base. They have a sharp habit and a strong luster. The crystals are slightly translucent and gemmy. The color is a very rich and striking grass-green to some darker areas. The piece is very light reflective and shiny. In excellent condition – some outside edge contacts.
