A striking specimen of iridescent goethite coating over quartz crystals from Itremo, Madagascar. The quartz crystals form a druse. They are sharp, chunky and well shaped. The goethite completely covers the base. It is with a botryoidal habit with glittering purple, blue, green and yellow variations which gives superb rainbow coloration. The colors are fresh and strong with very electric nuances. In excellent condition – some minor nicks and side contacts.
