A cute rhodochrosite specimen from the famous Uchucchacua mine, Peru which has produced some of the finest rhodochrosites. It displays gemmy rhodochrosite crystals with an intense cherry-red color and a rhombohedral habit. They are well terminated. The faces are matt lustrous. In excellent condition – some minor nick. On acrylic base.
