A striking gem tanzanite crystal displaying a strong dichroism - two disparate colors: purple and blue, from the famous Merelani Hills, Tanzania. It is 4.8 carats. Depending the angle of observation the color appears different in the same zones. The crystal has rich colors, highly lustrous, glassy, gem, transparent and it is with a sharp shape.
