Diamonds like jewel of rare colorless garnet var. grossular crystals to 5mm over diopside needles from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The colorless garnets are among the rarest. The grossular crystals are gem, completely transparent and clear like water. They have rhombic dodecahedral sharp crystallization and glassy luster.
