A beautiful and highly desirable specimen of one main azurite crystal aesthetically growing on a green malachite base from Milpillas Mine, Mexico. It displays a marvelous, well terminated and complete azurite crystal. It is brilliant and lustrous. The color ranges from dark to intense electric royal-blue. The green malachite base underlines very well the azurite, giving a strong contrast. The main crystal at the top forms an excellent focal point. For references see the 2021 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 52, # 5. In superb condition. On acrylic base.

Fabulous!
