A gorgeous and rare specimen of mushroom-like tourmaline var. rubellite from one of the most unusual tourmaline finds of all time in Momeik Township, Myanmar. It displays a trigonal rubellite cap with vivid, saturated and rich raspberry color. It is waxy lustrous and sparkling. The stem is black tourmaline var. schorl. The specimen is very colorful and pleasing. It is complete all over and very well shaped. In very good condition – one contact. On acrylic base.
