A beautiful specimen of gem vesuvianite crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The well pointy terminated crystals are gem with a pleasing apple-green color to darker green at the caps, which is more unusual. The luster is very strong and the crystals are glassy. The specimen displays all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some contacts. On acrylic base.
Fantastic!
