A superb, big lazulite crystal from the famous phosphate deposits of Yukon, Canada. Lazulite is a rare magnesium aluminum phosphate and some of the finest come from this locality. The lazulite crystal is sharp, highly lustrous, very well formed, monoclinic, deep indigo blue color measuring 21mm. For references see the 1992 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 23, # 4. In very good condition – some contacts. On acrylic base.
Top lazulite crystal!
