A rarer matrix specimen of twinned cubanite from Henderson No. 2 mine, Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada. This now-closed mine has produced the best cubanite in the world and this is a choice representative. It displays a perfect crystals to 5mm on a small base. They are with a strong luster, nicely striated, with a pleasing brassy-yellow color and gorgeous V twinning. For references see the 1983 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 14, # 3.
