Diamonds like and rare colorless grossular garnets to 3mm from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are very glassy, completely transparent, gem quality with a superb luster and water clear. They have a perfect and razor sharp rhombic decahedral crystal habit. Small diopside needles on the base give a green hue. The amazing clarity and gemminess make it remarkable specimen from this closed mine. For references see the issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4.  In excellent condition. On acrylic base.

It is truly a chance to have such exceptional beauty!
