A delightful specimen of orange colored grossular garnet crystals to 2mm from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. The crystals are transparent, gem quality with a strong glassy luster. They have a rich orange color - pure orange water. The grossular has a rhombic dodecahedral habit with a sharp crystallization. They form an elongated stalactite like cluster. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.

Superb!
