A pleasing specimen of red, flattened, tabular, hexagonal vanadinite crystals, beautifully growing on white baryte rosettes from the famous Mibladen Mining District, Morocco. The vanadinite crystals have an intense dark-red to red and beige color, and a good luster. The crystals are sharp and well isolated. Vanadinites contrast strongly on the white base. It displays attractively all over 360 degree. For references the issue of The Mineralogical Record - Vol. 44, No. 3 May - June 2013. In very good condition - some small nicks. On acrylic base.
Wonderful!
