A cool gem corundum var. sapphire crystal from Ratnapura, Sri Lanka. It displays 11mm single sapphire crystal, 3.4 carats. It has an irregular hexagonal shape. The sapphire is transparent and gem with a blue color to colorless areas. It is lustrous and light reflective. In very good condition – some micro nicks. On acrylic base.
