A beautiful specimen featuring fluorite cubes with inclusions, quartz and arsenopyrite from the famous Yaogangxian Mine, Hunan Province, China. The fluorite crystals are sharp to 12mm. They are very well isolated with a high luster and they sit aesthetically among the other minerals. The fluorites are transparent, glassy with a nice purple hue. The edges are outlined by darker purple. A sharp and transparent quartz crystal forms the base. Brassy yellow arsenopyrite crystals with a strong luster add a nice contrast. The specimen has a very three-dimensional display. In excellent condition – some minor nicks. On acrylic base.
Overwhelming!
